The petitioner has filed the present writ petition with the following prayers :

Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of writ of mandamus directing the Respondent No.-2 to permit the petitioner to join his duties on the post of Head-master in Primary School or Assistant Teacher in Senior Basic School pursuant to the promotional order dated 19.07.2013 passed by the Respondent No.-2,

b. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of writ of mandamus directing the Respondent No.-2 to decide the representation of the petitioner within stipulated period as fixed by this Hon'ble Court."
