This transfer application has been filed with the prayer to transfer the case being Criminal Misc. Case No. 7662 of 2025, arising out of Sessions Case No. 708 of 2023, Case Crime No. 57 of 2023 under Section 302/34 IPC Police Station Kotwali Shahar District Bijnor from the court of District and Sessions Judge, Bijnor to any other nearby court.

At the very outset, learned counsel for the applicant submits that the instant transfer application may be dismissed as withdrawn as applicant does not want to press the instant transfer application.
