Ankita Sharma seeking transfer of Maintenance Case No. 432 of 2025 - a maintenance application filed by opposite party no. 2, the applicant's spouse, under u/s 144 BNSS against the applicant - pending before the Principal Judge, Family Court, Hamirpur, to the Family Court of District Chitrakoot, was DISPOSED OF. The learned counsel submitted that the applicant was willing to participate through video conferencing, and the learned AGA raised no objection. Sri Chandra Kumar, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Kunwar Tejendra Bahadur, learned AGA for the State-respondent are present.

The instant transfer application has been filed by the applicant with a prayer to transfer the maintenance case No. 432 of 2025 pending before Principal Judge, Family Court Hamirpur to the Family Court of District Chitrakoot.

At the very outset, learned counsel for the applicant submitted that however, applicant is wife of the opposite party no. 2 but it is a case in which opposite party no. 2 filed maintenance application u/s 144 BNSS against the applicant. He next submits, applicant, however, filed instant transfer application with a prayer to transfer the trial of the case from District Hamirpur to District Chitrakoot but now applicant is ready to appear through video conferencing and therefore, the instant application may be disposed off with the direction that if applicant filed an application before appropriate forum to appear through video conferencing then her application shall be entertained and she will be permitted to appear through video conferencing.

Learned AGA is having no objection.
