Heard Sri U.C.Chaturvedi, learned counsel for applicant and Sri Imran Khan, learned AGA, for the State.

The instant transfer application has been filed by the applicant with a prayer to transfer the trial of Case No. 1357 of 2020 (Abeer Zehra Vs. Nazar Abbas) under Section 125 Cr.P.C., Police Station Shahganj, District Jaunpur from the court of Principal Judge/Family Court, Jaunpur to any other competent District Court.

At the very outset, learned counsel for applicant submits, applicant is husband of opposite party no.2 and he filed instant transfer application to transfer the trial of the case from District Jaunpur to any other District but applicant is ready to pursue the matter through Video Conferencing and therefore instant application may be disposed off with the direction that if applicant files an application before appropriate forum to appear through Video Conferencing then his application shall be entertained and he will be permitted to appear through Video Conferencing.

Learned AGA is having no objection.
