Heard learned counsel for the parties.

This Transfer Application has been filed by the applicant under Section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure seeking transfer of Suit No.1389 of 2024 (Sulabh alias Anurag vs. Neha) pending before the court of Additional Principal Judge, Family Court-II, District Unnao.

At the outset, learned counsel for the respondent submits that dispute between the applicant and respondent who is husband of applicant, is purely matrimonial in nature and in all likelihood it can be settled through mediation if it is referred to the Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court.

Accordingly, the respondent-husband is directed to deposit a sum of Rs.5,000/- before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court which shall be retained by the Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court.

Respondent as well as applicant are directed to appear before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court on 10.12.2025.

¶15

Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court shall submit its report before this Court within two months thereafter.

List on 10.02.2026.

Till the next date of listing, further proceedings of Suit No.1389 of 2024 (Sulabh alias Anurag vs. Neha) pending before the court of Additional Principal Judge, Family Court-II, District Unnao, shall remain stayed.
