This appeal is directed against order dated 30.10. 2025 passed by the learned Single Judge in Writ-A No. 12655 of 2025, whereby the writ petition filed by the respondents has been allowed and the order dated 07.04.2024 passed by the Secretary, Gram Panchayat Shahjalalpur, Tehsil-Biswan, District Sitapur, has been set aside.

After attempting to argue the matter for some time, based on the document filed as Annexure-1 to the appeal, admittedly which document was not before the learned Single Judge, learned counsel for the appellant seeks withdrawal of the appeal with liberty to file a review-petition.

In view of the submission made, the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty, as aforesaid.
