Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the State as well as perused the record.

The present anticipatory bail application has been filed by accused-applicant seeking anticipatory bail in Case Crime No.30 of 2025, under Sections 471, 467, 468, 420, 506, 406, 504 I.P.C., P.S. Paraspur, District Gonda.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case.

Learned A.G.A. as well as learned counsel for the complainant have opposed the bail application and have submitted that applicant has a criminal history of similar nature of four cases which has not been explained by the applicant while filing the anticipatory bail application only one case has been mentioned in paragraph 16 which has not been properly explained.

Learned A.G.A. has submitted that allegation against the applicant is serious. The offence is punishable with life. Applicant is a habitual offender. He has criminal history of similar nature, it is not a case of false implication and hence no case for anticipatory bail is made out.

Learned counsel for the complainant has further submitted that prize of Rs.50,000/- has also been declared on the applicant by the Gonda Police.

Perused the record so also considering the allegations made in

the prosecution case against the applicant, the similar nature of criminal history of the applicant and also the fact that he has not explained the criminal history of all the cases while filing the bail application and prize of Rs.50,000/- is declared on his arrest by Gonda Police, anticipatory bail application being extraordinary discretionary jurisdiction, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the applicant accordingly, the bail application is rejected.
