1. Heard learned Counsel for the applicant as well as learned A.G.A. and perused the record.

2. The applicant was granted the benefit of interim anticipatory bail vide order dated 22.01.2025 and there is no material to demonstrate that the applicant has misused the said liberty. The charge-sheet has been filed.

3. Considering the aforesaid fact, the interim anticipatory bail granted vide order dated 22.01.2025 is made absolute on the same terms and condition till conclusion of the trial.

4. The anticipatory bail application is allowed.
