1. Heard learned counsel for the applicant; learned AGA for the State and perused the records.

2. The present application under Section 438 Cr.P.C. has been filed seeking anticipatory bail apprehending arrest in FIR No.0465 of 2025 under sections 323, 506, 376, 384 IPC, P.S. Maurawan, District Unnao.

3. In terms of the FIR, it was alleged that the informant was enticed, and from on 23/04/2019, physical relations were formed against her consent and under threat, which continued up to the year 2023 and subsequently, money and ornaments were also extracted from the informant. Threats for killing certain persons were also leveled. The FIR was lodged through an application under section 156(3) Cr.P.C. on 05/8/2025 after orders to that effect were passed by this court in Writ Petition No.7078 of 2025. The statement under section 183 BNSS also states that the relationship continued over a long span of four years.

4. Considering the nature of the allegations, prima facie, a case for grant of interim bail is made out.
