Learned Standing Counsel on the basis of instructions received from the respondent has submitted that judgment and order passed in the writ petition has been complied with as final order has been passed in the proceedings filed under Section 116 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, copy of which has been provided to this Court during course of the argument, which is taken on record and photocopy of the same has been provided to learned counsel for the applicant.

Learned counsel for the applicant has very fairly submitted that the judgment and order passed by the writ court has been complied with and for all practical purposes, the present contempt petition has become infructuous and the same may be dismissed as infructuous.

In view of above, the present contempt petition is dismissed as infructuous.
