1. Heard learned counsel for the applicant as well as learned A.G.A.

The present application has been filed under Section 482 of BNSS seeking anticipatory bail apprehending arrest in FIR No.203 of 2025, under Sections 85, 108, 351(2) of BNS, Police Station Kothi, District Barabanki.

It is argued by learned counsel for the applicant that on similar allegations the co-accused has been granted anticipatory bail vide order dated 15.10.2025 in Criminal Misc. Anticipatory Bail Application U/S 482, B.N.S.S., and nothing specific and differential has been stated against the applicant, who is husband.

Learned A.G.A. vehemently opposed the bail prayer.

Considering and adopting the reasoning contained in para-3 and the fact that no specific allegation has been levelled against the applicant, the applicant, who is the husband and has no criminal history, I am of the view that the applicant is also entitled for the benefit of anticipatory bail on the ground of parity. Accordingly, the anticipatory bail application is allowed .

In the event of arrest, let the applicant Hukum Singh Yadav alias Bhola be released on anticipatory bail in the abovesaid first information
