प्राथीर् की तरफ से एक पूरक शपथ पत्र प्रस्तुत िकया गया, िजसे अिभलेख पर िलया जाता है।

प्राथीर् के िवद्वान अिधवक्ता श्री कृष्ण कुमार दुबे तथा िवद्वान अपर शासकीय अिधवक्ता श्री मनीष िवक्रम िसह चौहान को सुना तथा पत्रावली का अवलोकन िकया।

भारतीय नागिरक सुरक्षा संिहता की धारा 482/438 दं०प्र०सं० के अंतगर्त प्रस्तुत इस प्राथर्नापत्र द्वारा प्राथीर् ने मुकदमा अपराध संख्या 0205 सन 2025 अन्तगर्त धारा 3(5), 140(2) बी०एन०एस०, थाना टाण्डा, िजला अम्बेडकर नगर, में अिग्रम जमानत की प्राथर्ना की है।

प्राथीर् के िवद्वान अिधवक्ता ने कहा िक वे इस प्राथर्ना पत्र पर बल नहीं देना चाहते हैं तथा प्राथीर् िवचारण न्यायालय के समक्ष िनयिमत जमानत प्राथर्ना पत्र प्रस्तुत करेगा।

यह प्राथर्ना-पत्र इस िनदेर्श के साथ िनस्तािरत िकया जाता है िक यिद प्राथीर् िवचारण न्यायलय के समक्ष उपिस्थत होकर जमानत पर िरहाई हेतु प्राथर्ना पत्र देता है तो उसे माननीय उच्चतम न्यायालय द्वारा सतेंदर कुमार अंितल बनाम सी.बी.आई., (2021) 10 एससीसी 773 में अवधािरत िविधक िसद्धांतों के आलोक में शीघ्रतापूवर्क िनणीर्त िकया जायेगा।
