Heard learned counsel for the applicant, Sri R.K. Singh, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record.

By means of the present application under Section 529 BNSS, the applicant who is complainant has sought for a suitable direction to the learned Additional Principal judge family Court Gautambuddh Nagar to expedite the proceedings of Criminal Misc. Case No. 284/2023 Smt Neha Vs Rahul under section 125 Cr.p.c P.S- Dankaur District-Gautambuddh Nagar is pending in the Court of learned Additional Principal judge family Court Gautambuddh Nagar, within time stipulated.

Considering the submissions made by learned counsel for the applicant, the court below concerned is directed to decide the aforesaid case as expeditiously and preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order, provided there is no legal impediment.

The application under Section 529 B.N.S.S. is disposed of accordingly.
