Act, 1989 by Shashank Singh Bhadauriya alias Shashank Singh seeking to set aside the judgment and order dated 11.7.2025 of the Special Judge, SC/ST Act, Bareilly in Criminal Complaint Case no. 71 of 2023 (Smt. Geeta Vs. Shashank Singh Bhaduriya), instituted under ss.323, 504, 506 IPC and s.3(1)(d)/(dh) SC/ST Act, P.S. Bhojipura, District Bareilly. 1.Sri Ashok Kumar Rai, Advocate has filed vakalatnama on behalf of the opposite party no. 2 is taken on record.

2.Heard learned counsel for the appellant, learned counsel for the opposite party no. 2 as well as learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record.

3.This Criminal appeal under Section 14-A (1) of SC/ST (P.A. Act), 1989 has been preferred by the appellant to set aside the impugned judgment and order dated 11.7.2025 passed by Special Judge, SC/ST Act, Bareilly in Criminal Complaint Case no. 71 of 2023, (Smt. Geeta Vs. Shashank Singh Bhaduriya), under Section 323, 504, 506 IPC and 3 (1) D/Dh SC/ST Act, P.S. Bhojipura, District Bareilly.

4.Learned counsel for the parties submitted that the parties have settled the matter through compromise. Learned counsel for the O.P. No. 2 acknowledged the aforesaid fact. Learned counsel for the parties submit that compromise be verified and matter be disposed of accordingly.

5.Considering the submission of learned counsel for the parties, it is directed that the parties shall appear before the trial court within one week and file written compromise before the trial court. If any written compromise is filed before the trial court it shall after proper verification will verify the compromise and submit its report within two weeks. The parties may also take certified copy of the verification report and file it with supplementary affidavit.

6.Put up this case on 13.1.2026 as fresh.

7.Till the next date of listing no coercive measure shall be adopted against the appellant in the aforesaid case.
