Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record.

Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that Criminal Misc. Case No.1091/2024, Abhishek Versus Vishakha Under sections 340 Cr.P.C. Police Station Sadar Bazar District Saharanpur is pending in the Court of learned Principal Judge, Family Court Saharanpur and no progress till now has been made in the said case. Learned counsel, therefore, prays that a direction be issued to the court below to decide the said case as expeditiously as as possible.

Considering the submissions made by learned counsel for the applicant, the court below concerned is directed to decide the aforesaid case expeditiously from the date of production of a certified copy of this order, provided there is no legal impediment.

The application under Section 529 B.N.S.S. is disposed of accordingly.
