Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record.

Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that Case No. 360 of 2023, (Smt. Anupama Vs. Sanjay) under Section 128 Cr.P.C., Police Station- Kotwali Deoria, District-Deoria is pending in the Court of learned Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Court No.-3, Deoria and no progress till now has been made in the said case. Learned counsel, therefore, prays that a direction be issued to the court below to decide the said case as expeditiously as as possible.

Considering the submissions made by learned counsel for the applicant, the court below concerned is directed to decide the aforesaid case expeditiously and preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order, provided there is no legal impediment.

The application under Section 529 B.N.S.S. is disposed of accordingly.
