Heard learned counsel for the applicant, Shri R.K. Singh, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record.

This application has been filed with a prayer to direct the learned trial court to decide Case No.2173/2023 (Urmila Bind Vs. Amit Kumar Bind) under Section-125 Cr.P.C. filed by the applicant. The said case is pending in the court of Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, IIIrd, Jaunpur.

In light of the aforesaid prayer, a report regarding status of the aforesaid case was called from the concerned court. The status report submitted by the concerned court reflects that parties are negotiating with each other and the respondent is ready to take his wife/applicant alongwith him, and that the applicant is also ready to go with him. Case has been fixed on 11.12.2025 for submission of compromise deed.

In the given circumstances, where there is a possibility that the parties may enter into a compromise, there is no need to pass any direction for expeditious disposal of the case.

With the aforesaid observation, the application under Section 529 B.N.S.S. is disposed of .
