Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that an application under Section 12 of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005, was filed by the applicant, which was registered as Complaint Case No. 109923 of 2021 (Anisha Yadav vs. Rohit Yadav). The said complaint case is pending before the Court of Civil Judge (Junior Division)/Fast Track Court, C.A.W., Gorakhpur.

It is prayed that a direction be issued to the learned trial court to decide the aforesaid case of the applicant expeditiously.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division)/Fast Track Court, C.A.W., Gorakhpur, is directed to make all possible endeavours to conclude and decide the aforesaid complaint case expeditiously, strictly in accordance with law, without granting unnecessary adjournments, preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
