Heard Mohd. Yasir, Advocate holding brief of Sri Shams Uz Zaman, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Quasim Khan, learned counsel for the opposite party no. 2, learned AGA for the State of U.P. and perused the record.

Learned counsel for the applicants argued that the parties have entered into compromise, copy of which is annexed as annexure no. 4 at page no. 41 onwords of the instant application. It is argued that as such the present proceedings be quashed.

Looking to the facts of the case, it is provided that the applicants shall file the said compromise within a period of three weeks from today before the court concerned who shall verify the same within three weeks thereafter and send his report to this Court.

List after eight weeks.

Till the next date of listing, no coercive action shall be taken against the applicants in Case No. 497 of 2022, Case Crime No. 0036 of 2020, under Section 506 I.P.C. and Section 4/7 The Muslim Women (Protection of Rights on Marriage) Act, 2019, Police Station Baghpat, District Baghpat, pending in the court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Baghpat.
