Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the State-opposite party no.1.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that proceedings of the case against identically situated co-accused Ankit Upadhyay and Pankaj Singh have been quashed by this Court vide orders dated 02.09.2025 and 23.09.2025 in Application U/S 528 BNSS Nos.33188 of 2025 and 36799 of 2025; respectively. It is further submitted that the case of the applicant is at par with the aforesaid co-accused persons and proceedings of the present case against the applicant may also be quashed.

At this stage, learned A.G.A. seeks two weeks' time to obtain instruction in this matter.

Put up this matter as fresh on 03.12.2025.

Till the next date of listing, further proceeding of Special Session Trial No.15 of 2025 (State Vs. Prateek Singh and others), arising out of Case Crime No.46 of 2020, under Sections 3 (1) of U.P. Gangster and Anti Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986, P.S. Badlapur, District Jaunpur, pending in the court of Special Judge, Gangster Act, Jaunpur.
