The present application under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita has been filed to quash the order dated 20.01.2025 as well as 10.06.2025 passed by Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Court no. 2, Ghaziabad in Execution Case No. 314 of 2022, (Meenu Tyagi Vs. Umesh Kumar Tyagi) arising out of an application under Section 125(3) Cr.P.C., whereby after depositing a cheque of Rs. 94,740/- by private opposite party no. 2, recovery order dated 17.09.2024 has been stayed and both the parties are directed to filed status of criminal revision, which is pending before this Court.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicant does not want to press this application and wants liberty to file an appropriate application/ proceedings before the court of competent jurisdiction.
