The present application under Section 528 of B.N.S.S. has been filed to quash the entire proceedings of Criminal Case No. 7629 of 2025 arising out of Case Crime No. 192 of 2025 as well as cognizance/summoning order dated 26.5.2025 whereby the Magistrate took cognizance under Section 64(1) and 351(2) of B.N.S. {376(1)}, 506 of I.P.C., P.S. Sikandrabad, District Bulandshaha.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicant does not want to press the present application.

In view of above, the present application is dismissed as not pressed with liberty to file appropriate application/proceedings before the court of competent jurisdiction.

Certified copies of the relevant documents be returned to learned counsel for the applicants after retaining a photocopy of the same.
