This application has been filed by the applicants for quashing of charge-sheet dated 12.07.2025, under Sections 85, 115(2), 352, 351(3), 3(5) Β.Ν.S. and Section 3/4 Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961, as well as, Cognizance and Summoning order dated 31.07.2025, passed by the Learned Court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Court no.5, Ghaziabad in Case no.3825/2025 (State Vs. Rahul Ghandi and others), arising out of Case Crime no.0262/2025, U/s. 85, 115(2) 352, 351(3), 3(5) B.N.S. and Section 3/4 Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961, Police Station Modi Nagar, District Ghaziabad. Further to quash the proceedings of Case N о.3825/2025 (State Vs. Rahul Ghandi and others), arising out of Case Crime no. 0262 of 2025 U/s. 85, 115(2), 352, 351(3), 3(5) B.N.S. and Section 3/4 Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961, Police Station Modi Nagar, District Ghaziabad.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicants that today in a petition being Application u/s 528 BNSS No.32380 of 2025 filed by the husband, father-in-law and mother-in-law, matter has been referred to the mediation centre of this Court and stay has been granted.

Learned counsel for the applicants submits that the present matter arises out of the matrimonial dispute. Applicants in the present case are brother-in-law and sister-in-law and as such they are entitled to the same

Learned counsel for the opposite party no.2 has no objection to the aforesaid prayer of learned counsel for the applicants.
