Heard learned counsel for the applicants, learned counsel for the opposite party No. 2, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record.

Learned counsel for the applicants submits that pursuant to the order dated 03.07.2025, the matter was referred to the Mediation Centre but due to certain technical reasons, the dispute could not be settled.

Learned counsel for the applicants has produced the Demand Draft of Rs. 2,30,000/- of Punjab National Bank bearing No. 368286 dated 20.09.2025 in favour of Prem Chander (complainant) which is being handed over to the opposite party No. 2 Prem Chander before the Court itself and is ready to get the dispute resolved.

The matter is pending before the Mediation Centre. The applicants have already deposited the amount of Rs. 20,000/- before the Mediation Centre, accordingly, Rs. 2,000/- shall be retained at the Mediation Center and Rs.18,000/- shall be paid to Priti who shall remain present before the Mediation Centre on 28.10.2025.
