Supplementary affidavit filed by learned counsel for the applicants is taken on record.

Heard learned counsel for the applicants, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record.

The present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C has been filed to allow the present application and quash the entire proceedings of Complaint Case No. 1628 of 2024/(old No. 5336 of 2021) (Pappu Vs. Brij Nandan and others), under Sections 323, 308, 504, 506 Indian Penal Code, Police Station-Bahjoi, District-Sambhal, pending in the Court of learned Civil Judge (S.D.)/Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sambhal at situated Chandausi, on the basis of compromise entered into by the parties, dated 19.11.2024.

Learned counsel for the applicants submits that the parties have amicably settled their disputes through compromise dated 19.11.2024 which has been placed as Annexure No. '5' to the present application and has been duly verified by the learned Civil Judge (S.D.)/Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sambhal at situated Chandausi on 02.05.2025.

From the perusal of the said Verification Report, it transpires that the presence of the injured Sunita has not been verified, accordingly, the matter is hereby remitted back to the Court concerned to verify the signatures of the injured Sunita as well and forward a fresh Verification Report within a period of two weeks.

List this case, as fresh on 21.11.2025.
