Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has preferred a criminal revision against the order of maintenance, passed by the Family court, wherein interim order has been passed and now the present application under Section 528 B.N.S.S. has become infructuous and it may be dismissed as having become infructuous.
Accordingly, the instant application under Section 528 B.N.S.S. is dismissed as infructuous.
