"I. Issue a writ, order, or direction in the nature of Habeas Corpus, commanding the respondent no. 2 and 3 to produce the Detinue, Km. Sanjana Nirmal @ Sanjana Devi before this Hon'ble Court from the illegal custody of Respondent Nos. 4, 5, and 6.

II. Issue a further writ, order, or direction to set the Detinue at liberty forthwith after her production before this Hon'ble Court and further may be pleased to take appropriate action against the respondent no.2 and 3."

After taking note of the facts of this case including the fact that Dileep Kumar Nirmal/father of the petitioner Smt. Sanjana, has lodged an FIR against the opposite party no.5/Vicky, on being confronted, learned Counsel for the petitioner states that he does not want to press the present application and the same may be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to avail remedy as available to him under law.

To the aforesaid prayer, learned AGA has no objection.

Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid.
