Pursuant to the order dated 05.03.2025, the corpus Smt. Anshu has been produced by respondent no. 4 Jagdish (father of the corpus).
On the query being raised, the corpus has categorically stated that she does not want to go along with the petitioner no. 2 Kaushindra. Accordingly, the petition has no merit and is accordingly, dismissed .
The legal expenses of Rs. 25,000/- in cash has been paid by the petitioner no. 2 through demand draft in favour of petitioner no. 1, Smt. Anshu W/o Kaushindra in the Court today.
