This case has come up in the cause list under the heading 'For referral to the Special Mediation Drive'.

None is present for the parties except learned Additional Government Advocate. On the last date also none had appeared, therefore, the following order was passed on 21.07.2025:-

"This case has come up in the Additional/Unlisted List-I under the heading 'For Referral to the Special Mediation Drive-Mediation for the Nation'. None is present for the parties except learned A.G.A. List in the next week under the same heading. It is made clear that in case none would appear on behalf of the parties on the next date, the appropriate order shall be passed."

Perusal of the order sheet indicates that the matter was referred to the Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court by means of the order dated 22.04.2017 and the revisionist was directed to deposit Rs.15000/-. By means of the order dated 11.04.2022, this Court had called a report of Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court. Thereafter, the office submitted a report stating therein that no amount has been deposited within the stipulated time in compliance of the order dated 12.04.2017 as per record in cash section.

In view of above, it appears that the revisionist is not interested in mediation, therefore, he had also not complied the order passed by this Court and he is not interested in pursuing the matter also, therefore, none is appearing.

In view of above, the revision is dismissed for want of prosecution.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
