"This case has come up in the Additional/Unlisted List-I under the heading 'For Referral to the Special Mediation Drive-Mediation for the Nation'.
None is present for the parties except learned A.G.A.
List in the next week under the same heading.
It is made clear that in case none would appear on behalf of the parties on the next date, the appropriate order shall be passed."
On perusal of the order-sheet indicates that earlier also none was appearing on behalf of the revisionist to press this revision, therefore, by means of order dated 11.04.2022 interim order granted on 06.04.2017 was vacated by this Court and the office was directed to communicate the order. As per office report, the same was communicated.
In view of above, either the proceedings have been disposed of or the revisionist is not interested in pursuing the matter. Thus, the revision is dismissed for want of prosecution .
Office is directed to communicate this order to the court concerned forthwith and in any case within a period of three weeks from today.
