Heard learned counsel for the revisionist and learned A.G.A. for the State.

Learned counsel for the revisionist has submitted that a sum of Rs. 70,000/- (Rs. seventy thousand) has already been deposited with the mediation centre of this Court, however learned counsel for the revisionist is not clear, as to whether a sum of Rs. 4,000/- is being regularly paid as maintenance to opposite party no. 2.

In the event, the revisionist fails to place on record the evidence of payment made to mediation centre, as well as the documentary evidence of Rs. 4,000/- being paid to opposite party no. 2 regularly.

List on 08.12.2025.

Since the mediation has failed, therefore, the interim order dated 18.11.2024 stands vacated.
