Heard learned counsel for the revisionist, learned A.G.A. for the State, learned counsel for the opposite party no. 2 and perused the material on record.

Pursuant to the order dated 23.09.2024, passed in Criminal Misc. Writ Petition No. 15853 of 2024, the matter was referred to Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court. As consequence of said mediation the parties have resolved all their disputes amicably and nothing is left to be decided from either side. The report of Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court dated 16.05.2025 is taken on record and shall form part of the pleadings of this case.

The said compromise is not denied, rather accepted by the opposite party no. 2, the parties entered into compromise ending all their disputes, being settled amicably and finally.

The present revision stands disposed of in terms of the said compromise dated 16.05.2025 and shall form part of the pleadings of this case.
