This Court had passed the following order on 03.01.2025:-

"Heard learned counsel for petitioners and learned A.G.A. for State.

This petition seeks issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing the First Information Report dated 13.11.2024 bearing Case Crime No.0168 of 2024 for the offence under Sections 85, 115(2), 352, 351(3) B.N.S. and Section 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, Police Station-Delhupur, District-Pratapgarh. Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the impugned F.I.R. is an outcome of matrimonial dispute and this dispute may be settled amicably through Mediation & Conciliation Centre, therefore, the matter may be referred to the Mediation & Conciliation Centre of this Court. Learned counsel for petitioners has further submitted that to show the bona fide, petitioners are ready and willing to place the demand draft of Rs.50,000/- in favour of respondent no.4-wife before this Court on the next date.

Put up this case on 20.01.2025 in additional cause list amongst top ten cases.

By the said date demand draft of Rs.50,000/- in favour of wife-respondent no.4 shall be placed before this Court. "

Thereafter, the following order was passed on 20.01.2025 on the request of learned counsel for the petitioner for compliance of the aforesaid order dated 03.01.2025:-

"Learned Counsel for the petitioners seeks further ten days' time for compliance of earlier order dated 03.01.2025.

Learned AGA has no objection.

Thereafter, neither the aforesaid order has been complied nor the matter has been pursued by learned counsel for the petitioner.

Learned AGA, on the basis of instructions received from Sri Virendra Kumar, Sub Inspector, Police Station Delhupur, District Pratapgarh, which has been produced before this Court and taken on record, submits that the Charge Sheet No.147/2024 dated 25.12.2024 has been forwarded to the court, therefore, this petition has lost it's efficacy.
