Case called out. None for the petitioners to press the petition whereas learned AGA and Sri Sushil Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the complainant are present.

These petitions have been filed challenging the F.I.R. dated 07.1.2024 vide Case Crime No.0008/2024, under Section 409, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120-B & 506 IPC, Police Station Wazirganj, District Lucknow.

Learned AGA as well as learned counsel for the complainant submits that the final report in the matter has been filed, therefore, these petitions have rendered infructuous.

Learned counsel for the complainant also placed before this Court an order dated 17.11.2025 passed in Criminal Misc. Writ Petition No.4948/2024, which has been disposed of recording the statement at Bar that the investigation has already been concluded and the final report has also been submitted. The order dated 17.11.2025 on reproduction reads as

CRLP No. 604 of 2024

under:-

"1. Rejoinder affidavit, filed today in Court, is taken on record.

2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned AGA for the State and perused the record.

3. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner has made a statement at the Bar that in the instant case, investigation has already been concluded and the final report has also been submitted in favour of the accused persons. Consequent to submission of filing report, petitioner has already preferred a protest petition before the competent court, which is pending disposal.

4. Learned AGA could not dispute the aforesaid facts.

5. In view of the statement made, the instant writ petition is finally disposed of with the direction that the competent court shall pass an appropriate order on the protest petition in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible"

In view of above and since none is present to controvert the aforesaid, it appears that since the final report has been filed, therefore, the petitioners are not interested in pursuing the matter.

Dismissed accordingly.
