Heard learned counsel for petitioners, learned A.G.A. for the State as well as Shri Priyesh Mishra, learned counsel appearing for opposite party No.4 and perused the record.

This petition seeks issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing the F.I.R. dated 16.05.2025 bearing F.I.R./Case Crime No.0141 of 2025, under Sections 316(2), 318(4) B.N.S., Police Station Patti, District Pratapgarh.

Learned counsel for the petitioners has drawn the attention of this Court towards Annexure No.2, which is an original compromise deed/settlement agreement entered into between the petitioners and opposite party no.4.

Learned counsels for both the parties state that parties have entered into a compromise and they are not willing to contest the case against each other.

So as to verify the contents and parties of the compromise deed/settlement agreement, let the original deed of compromise/settlement agreement be sent to the Senior Registrar of this Court. On 10.06.2025 parties shall appear before the Senior Registrar for the purpose of verification of settlement agreement.

The Senior Registrar of this Court after due verification shall submit his report before this Court.

List this case on 10.07.2025 along with the report of the Senior Registrar.
