At the very outset, learned A.G.A. has pointed out that in the instant case, the investigation has already been concluded and the charge sheet has been submitted against the petitioners on 14.1.2024, as such, the instant writ petition has been rendered infructuous.

Learned counsel for the petitioners do not dispute the aforesaid fact.

In view of the above statement, this writ petition is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous with the liberty to the petitioners to approach the appropriate forum at appropriate stage.
