Sri Deepak Singh Yadav, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has invoked the jurisdiction of respondent no.4/ Sub Divisional Officer, Tehsil Shahganj, District Jaunpur provided under Section 152 B.N.S.S. (133 Cr.P.C.) for the obstruction/nuisance allegedly caused by respondent nos. 5 and 6 on the public passage. The petitioner is aggrieved that despite a specific complaint made to respondent no.4 on 05.06.2025 and 09.08.2025, no proceedings has been initiated by the aforesaid respondent and hence seeks mandamus.

Learned AGA is present for the State and submits that he has no instruction in the matter.

The innocuous prayer in the writ petition is of proceeding with the complaint made by the petitioner to respondent no.4/ Sub Divisional Officer, Tehsil Shahganj, District Jaunpur. Hence the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent no.4 to consider the application of the petitioner and proceed as per law at an early date.
