Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned AGA appearing for respondents No. 1 to 3.

No notice is being issued to the respondent No.4 taking into consideration the nature of order proposed to be passed.

Petitioners are present before the Court contending that both the petitioners are major and got married yet are being harassed at the behest of respondent No.4, who is father of petitioner No.1.

On the other hand, learned AGA states on the basis of instructions sent by one Sri Hemant Kumar Chowdhary, Sub Inspector, Police Station Sujauli, District Bahraich dated 02.12.2025, that petitioner No.1 has given an application at the police station stating that she got married with Sri Shatrughan.

Learned AGA further stated that petitioners are not being harassed in any manner neither any FIR has been lodged against them.

The aforesaid statement is recorded.

Considering the aforesaid, writ petition is disposed of.
