Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned A.G.A. appearing for the respondents No.1 to 3 and Shri Saurabh Mishra, learned counsel appearing for the respondent No.4.

The instant petition has been filed praying for quashing of the F.I.R. dated 23.10.2023 bearing F.I.R. No.0001 of 2023, under Sections 406, 420, 504, 370 of I.P.C., Police Station Anti Human Trafficking Unit, District Lucknow, a copy of which is Annexure-1 to the petition.

At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned counsel for the respondent No.4 states that subsequent to the aforesaid F.I.R., the parties have settled the dispute amicably amongst themselves by means of a compromise dated 27.10.2025, a copy of which is Annexure-4 to the petition.

To verify the contents and parties of the compromise deed, let the parties concerned appear before the Senior Registrar of this Court on 03.12.2025.

The Senior Registrar of this Court shall make an endeavour to submit his report within a week.
