Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Additional Government Advocate for respondents no.1-3, and Shri Istekhaf, learned counsel appearing for respondent no.4.

Instant petition has been filed with the following prayer:

"(i) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Certiorari for quashing the impugned First Information Report dated 25.09.2025 in FIR No. 0276/2025, U/s-281/352/324(4) BNS, Police Station- Hazratganj, DistrictLucknow, contained as Annexure No. I to this writ petition.

(ii) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus directing the Opposite Party No.2 & 3 not to give effect and proceed further in pursuance to the First Information Report dated 25.09.2025 in FIR No. 0276/2025, U/s-281/352/324(4) BNS, Police Station- Hazratganj, District- Lucknow, contained as Annexure No.1 to this writ petition.

(iii) issue an ad interim Mandamus to the effect that the Petitioners be not arrested in pursuance of the First Information Report dated 25.09.2025 in FIR No. 0276/2025, U/s-281/352/324(4) BNS, Police Station- Hazratganj, District- Lucknow, contained as Annexure No.1 to this writ petition.

(iv) issue any other appropriate order or direction in favor of the Petitioners as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the

(v) Allow the Writ Petition in favor of the Petitioners."

Upon filing of the petition, it was contended that the petitioner and respondents have entered into a compromise vide the compromise deed dated 18.10.2025, a copy of which is Annexure-2 to the petition.

This Court vide order dated 02.12.2025 had required the compromise deed to be placed before the learned Senior Registrar of this Court for verification of the said compromise.

In pursuance to the order of this Court dated 15.11.2025, the Senior Registrar of this Court vide his report dated 15.11.2025 has verified the compromise between the petitioners and respondents.

As per the said compromise, the petitioners and respondents have agreed to end the dispute between themselves amicably.

Considering the aforesaid, the writ petition is allowed. The proceedings of FIR No. 0276/2025, U/s-281/352/324(4) BNS, Police Station- Hazratganj, District- Lucknow, are hereby quashed.
