Heard Sri Purnendu Chakraborty, learned Senior Counsel assisted by Sri Akhil Bajpai, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Additional Government Advocate for respondents no.1 to 3, and Ms Manika Trivedi, learned counsel appearing for respondent no.4.

Instant petition has been filed praying for quashing of the first information report dated 19.06.2025 bearing no.0233 of 2025, under Sections 115(20, 351(3), 352, 117(2) of B.N.S., lodged at Police Station Mohanlalganj, District Lucknow.

Upon filing of the petition, it was contended that the petitioner and respondent no.4 have entered into a compromise vide the compromise deed dated 03.11.2025, a copy of which is Annexure-2 to the petition.

This Court vide order dated 18.11.2025 had required the compromise deed to be placed before the learned Senior Registrar of this Court for verification of the said compromise.

In pursuance to the order of this Court dated 18.11.2025, the Senior Registrar of this Court vide his report dated 27.11.2025 has verified the compromise between the petitioner and respondent no.4.

As per the said compromise, the petitioner and respondent no.4 have agreed to end the dispute between themselves amicably.

Considering the aforesaid, the writ petition is allowed. The impugned FIR and consequential proceedings of FIR No.0233 of 2025, under Sections 115(20, 351(3), 352, 117(2) of B.N.S., lodged at Police Station Mohanlalganj, District Lucknow, are quashed.
