On an objection raised by learned AGA that the Child Welfare Committee and the High Court Legal Service Committee have not been impleaded which are necessary party for the cases under POCSO Act, Sri Vinay Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the appellant submits that inadvertently they could not be impleaded and prays for impleading them as respondent nos.3 and 4. To which there is no objection by the other side.
In view of above, learned counsel for the appellants is permitted to implead the aforesaid as respondent nos.3 and 4 in the appeal during course of the day.
Notice on behalf of respondent no.1 has been accepted by learned Government Advocate.
Issue notice to the respondent nos. 2 to 4.
