In deference to the previous order passed by this Court, revisionist and respondent no.2 are present in person.
Learned counsel for the revisionist submits that the revisionist has got prepared Demand Draft of Rs.2,00,000/- but it was prepared with some delay,therefore, it could not be deposited. He further submits that three days time may be granted to deposit the Demand Draft and the matter may be referred for mediation.
Revisionist and respondent no.2 are ready for settlement of their dispute through Mediation.
In view of the above, the matter is referred to the Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court, where the parties shall appear on 05.08.2025.
Learned Mediator shall make earnest endevour to get the matter settled.
It is further provided that learned counsel for the revisionist shall deposit the Demand Draft of Rs.2,00,000/- within a period of three days from today before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court. Out of the aforesaid amount, Rs.1,90,000/- shall be paid to the respondent no.2 on her appearance before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre,which shall be transferred in her account on an application moved by her furnishing the details of account, after verification.
In case of violation of the above,the revisionist shall not be entitled to get any benefit of the interim order.
List in the month of October, 2025 with the report of mediation.
Interim order granted earlier shall continue till the next date.
