Shri Rakesh Pande, learned Senior Advocate assisted by Shri Santosh Kumar Tiwari, learned counsel for the appellant and Shri Amrit Raj, learned AGA for the State are present.

Learned counsel for the appellant has submitted that the informant of the case has died. It is mentioned in the bail rejection order that the daughter of the informant, Renu, appeared before the court and she stated that she does not want to oppose the bail application. It was further submitted by the learned counsel that considering the fact that informant has died and her daughter is not interested in pursuing the case, he has not impleaded either the informant or his daughter as a party. He, therefore, prays that he may be permitted to imlead the necessary party.

Considering the above fact, learned counsel for the appellant is permitted to implead the daughter of the informant as a party in this criminal appeal.

After the daughter of the informant is impleaded as a party, notice be issued to her through C.J.M. concerned.
