This is an application seeking impleadment of Sri B.B.G.T.S. Murthy, the Senior Superintendent of Police, Jhansi, U.P. as respondent no. 2 as the sole respondent has been transferred during pendency of the present contempt application.

Cause shown in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of the instant application is satisfactory.
