Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
The instant contempt petition has been preferred alleging noncompliance of the order dated 12.08.2024 passed in WRIT-A No.5803/2024 (Mohd. Shamim v. State of U.P. & Ors.).
It is submitted that a certified copy of the order passed by the writ Court was served upon the respondent through registered post along with a representation dated 26.08.2024 and thereafter remainder was also sent on 09.10.2024, however, the order passed by the writ Court has not been complied with.
Learned counsel for the petitioner shall serve a copy of this contempt petition to Shri Sunil Bajpai, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel, who shall seek complete instructions and inform the Court regarding compliance of the order passed by the writ Court.
