This Court vide order dated 21.07.2025 had directed the opposite parties to file further compliance affidavit with a further direction that if the further compliance affidavit is not filed, the Opposite Parties No. 1 to 4 shall remain present before this Court.

Shri Amrit Abhijat, Principal Secretary (Urban Development) Government of U.P., i.e. Opposite Party No. 1 and Shri Anuj Kumar Jha, Director, Local Bodies, U.P. i.e. Opposite Party No. 4 are present before this Court.

A request has been made on behalf of the opposite parties for further time of three weeks for making compliance of the order passed by the Writ Court in respect of interest payable to the applicant-petitioner.

Time prayed for is granted.
