The present contempt application has been filed with the following prayer:

“That for the facts stated and reason disclosed in the accompanying affidavit it is most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to punish the opposite parties under the provisions of Contempt of Courts Act after summoning them personally before this Hon'ble Court for willful disobedience and committing a deliberate and grave contempt of this Hon'ble Court's Judgment and Order dated 25.09.2024 passed by this Hon'ble Court in Writ A No. 8526 of 2024, Lallan Prasad V/S Union of India Thru .sec. Ministry comm. India New Delhi And others (Annexed as Annexure No. 1), in the interest of justice.”
