Heard Shri Ajay Sharma, learned counsel for contempt petitionerapplicant and perused the material available on record.

The present contempt application has been filed with the following prayer:-

"to issue contempt notice against the opposite parties for committing the willful disobedience/defiance of the order dated 09.05.2025 passed by this Hon'ble Court in Writ-A No. 5118 of 2025 (Smt. Ram Dulari Vs. State of U.P. and others) and they may be summoned and punished for committing the willful disobedience of the order dated 09.05.2025 passed by this Hon'ble Court."

Submission of learned counsel for contempt petitioner-applicant is that writ Court vide order dated 09.05.2025 in Writ-A No. 5118 of 2025 (Smt. Ram Dulari Vs. State of U.P. and others) directed the respondent to make payment of one-fourth of the total outstanding amount, to which the contempt petitioner-applicant is entitled, within a period of three months from the date of passing of order and further balance amount was directed to be paid within a period of six months.
