Heard Sri Aashish Kumar Upadhyaya, Advocate holding brief of Sri Bipin Kumar Tiwari, learned counsel for the applicant.

The contention of learned counsel appearing for the applicant is that this Court vide order dated 31.07.2025, passed in the Matter Under Article 227 No. 4475 of 2025, had provided that the applicant may move an urgency application before the opposite party, within two weeks from the date of order and if such application is filed, the same shall be considered and decided by the opposite party, within a period of three weeks thereafter.

It has further been contended that in compliance of the order dated 31.07.2025, the applicant filed an urgency application before the opposite party on 05.08.2025 but till date, said application has not been considered and decided.

Learned counsel appearing for the applicant has submitted that the disobedience of the order dated 31.07.2025, passed by this Court in the Matter Under Article 227 No. 4475 of 2025 is willful and deliberate, therefore, it amounts to gross contempt of this Court.

I have considered the submissions made by the learned counsel for the applicant and I find that the order dated 31.07.2025 passed by this Court has not been dealt with till date.
